The detailed panels illustrate the legendary saga of “Heilag Olav Og Hans Menn” (Saint Olaf and his men), portraying historic Norse warriors, shield details, an archer, and a classic Viking longship. The heavy-duty slicing head is made of high-grade 18/10 Stainless Steel (stamped ST. STEEL 18/10 on the reverse side) and features a serrated cutting edge designed to glide effortlessly through hard and semi-soft cheeses.
