*Can be used with a feel similar to a size M. Men with larger feet can enjoy a snug fit. (In my opinion, this would be around US Men's 7-10, but the rear strap can be adjusted for a tighter fit for those with smaller feet. I have confirmed this by trying them on while on land.)
*It is recommended to choose a slightly larger size and use fin socks for adjustment (otherwise, you may experience painful friction and chafing on your feet).
Compatible with all four swimming strokes. Stroke training fins. The oval-shaped blade provides appropriate propulsion for all kicking styles.
The short, wide blade design improves foot speed and ankle flexibility, enhancing the inward supination kick style.
