Description

This is a natural Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir japonicus).

Male, approximately 210g, live.

1kg: ¥5500
Approximately 5-6 crabs.
*May vary slightly depending on size.

Large: ¥3999
Medium: ¥2999

Extra-large and super extra-large sizes are also available, please comment.

Extra-large: Approximately 200g, ¥5000
Super extra-large: 250g, ¥6000
For super extra-large, we will include crabs weighing 250g or more if available.
We have had crabs around 400g in the past.

Caught in Minami River, Fukui Prefecture.
The crabs have been purged in mud for about 2 weeks, and fed pumpkin to sweeten the miso.

They will be shipped in a styrofoam box.
Legs and claws will be tied with hemp string for shipping.
Shipping method will be as shown in the last photo.

Please refrain from purchasing if you are in Okinawa or Hokkaido, as delivery may take time.

Shipping is generally done on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If you prefer not to pay cash on delivery, please comment.
