Unbranded 1930s Uranium Vaseline Glass Hoosier Style Canister Jar Ribbed UV Glow Lid

Vintage green uranium / Vaseline glass Hoosier-style kitchen canister jar with distinctive ribbed/paneled sides and wonderful vintage character. This desirable Depression-era kitchen storage jar displays a beautiful pale green color in normal light and produces a strong, vivid neon-green fluorescence under UV/black light, as shown in the photos. The heavy glass jar has a squared form with rounded corners, vertical ribbed panels, a wide threaded mouth, and vintage metal screw-on lid. Approx. size: 8”tall and approximately 7” across. Good vintage condition overall. No cracks detected. The top glass rim has a few tiny flea bites/nicks and slight roughness along portions of the edge, consistent with age and use. These are small but are noted for accuracy. The metal lid shows surface rust, oxidation, discoloration and age-related wear.
