This is a Ryoko-style, inlaid tiger-striped boxwood *koma* (shogi pieces) by Tosei (Fugestu). Tosei was the pen name used by Osawa Fugestu of the Fuji Koma Kai before he adopted the name Fugestu. The chamfering is slightly smaller (thread chamfering) than current Fugestu pieces, resulting in a very sharp finish.
