The handle is made from a forged square bar.
Urethane finish provides excellent weather and rust resistance,
giving it a smooth texture and luster.

The main body features a rare deadstock genuine data plate
actually used by the U.S. military.
Each plate is stamped with a serial number.
Materials compliant with the Food Sanitation Act are used for the wooden surfaces and repaired areas that may come into contact with food.
When cutting, please ensure that the blade or food does not come into direct contact with metal parts such as the stamped plate or forged handle.
As this is a deadstock U.S. military genuine plate,
there may be scuffs, minor scratches, and variations in the lettering.

cracks, chips, warping, knots, etc., may be included.
These are characteristics of the material and should be appreciated as part of its charm.
After use, rinse gently with water or lukewarm water.
Use a very small amount of neutral detergent only if necessary.
After washing, wipe off moisture and dry thoroughly standing upright.
Do not use a dishwasher, soak, or use bleach.
If you notice dryness, perform oil maintenance periodically.
