Apple Genuine Lightning to Digital AV Adapter

I purchased this to stream videos from my iPhone to my car's navigation system, but I removed it due to a specification change.
As a bonus, I'm including a 1m Lightning to Type-C cable.

This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about condition.
Thank you for your consideration.
