Tag Set of 4 Berry & Beads Candle Rings for 2.5” Pillar Red Berries Christmas

Description
These appear to be from the early 2000s, I believe that is what the upc labels says. Brand is tag. It states they can be napkin rings but they are really too big in my opinion. They are definitely perfect for candles around 2.5” in diameter or a little smaller. They have been opened and used but still look nice. See photos.
