I believe this was included when I purchased an external HD for my PB2400 at the Century computer shop in Akihabara in 2009.
I used the cable that came with the PB, so I haven't opened this one.
It's been stored away ever since.
I haven't measured it since it's unopened, but I estimate it's probably 50cm.
