Osaka Umeda to Nakanoshima Area 3D City Model Utilizing Urban Data (Enlarged Version with Frame)

This model was created by converting architectural data from Project PLATEAU, an initiative by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism aiming to develop and utilize 3D city models, and then 3D printing it using a high-precision 3D printer.
The photos show the completed model with buildings attached to a satellite imagery sheet.
Model Scope
The area from Umeda to Nakanoshima has been modeled at a 1/6000 scale. This model uses a B4-sized frame, which is slightly larger than the 1/4000 scale models that come with a case.
Frame Size: D39xW28cm (This model does not include a case, but includes a frame.)
The frame used may vary depending on availability.
This kit is produced using a 3D printer.
Please note that layer lines (horizontal stripes) may be noticeable or the surface may appear rough.

Source Data Type
Only LOD2 data has been extracted and modeled.
Areas with simplified LOD1 shapes are not modeled, even if they are within the satellite imagery range. Please refer to the photos for confirmation.
*LOD1 = Data that simplifies all buildings into simple rectangular shapes.
*LOD2 = Data that reproduces the unevenness of buildings, roof shapes, etc. (Data used in this model)

Model Precision
There are variations in the level of detail depending on the municipality that produced the data. For example, some municipalities reproduce rooftop air conditioning units, while others simplify them.
There may be discrepancies between the year the satellite imagery was taken and the year the model was created.
The model is based on 2025 data, but buildings under construction or planned are not included in the data.
Scale: 1/6000
The east-west and north-south orientation has not been strictly maintained to ensure that as many major buildings as possible are included.
