Mattel Little Debbie Barbie Blue White‎ Checkered Dress with Case 1976???? READ

Little Debbie Barbie with Blue and White Checkered Dress with Lace. Soooooooo I googled what year they started making this Barbie because the back of her head says 1976 but they didn’t start making this doll until 1992. I thought maybe it was a different Barbie in little Debbie dress but a google search of her face comes up as Little Debbie.
