This skirt was made by a flamenco artist living in Jerez and cost around 40,000 yen.
With the euro's continuous rise, this is a great deal.
Black (not a pure black, but a light black like a mix of black and olive green) with red polka dot ruffles.
The ruffles are cute, and this is perfect for anyone who loves red and black polka dots.
The fabric feels cool, but it has lines.
It's likely that the material is prone to creasing.
