A very lovely flamenco costume skirt for dancing

This is a skirt that my aunt wore when she was learning flamenco. Of course, I think it would look great worn as casual wear as well. The hem has a切り返し (kiri-kaeshi - contrasting fabric panel) with slits in 4 places, making it very flared. It's a truly beautiful design. I'd love to pass it on to someone wonderful. It's probably unobtainable now. First come, first served.
