PLAY WOOD Castanets

Authentic flamenco-style castanets, officially recognized by the Japan Castanet Association.
Made with Fibras resin, these castanets offer higher durability than traditional wooden or plastic ones, while also being affordably priced. For their development, we enlisted the expertise of Yuji Shinkai, a professional castanet player and president of the Japan Castanet Association, as an advisor. This resulted in a quality that meets the demands of advanced performance, making them ideal for individual use in orchestras and wind ensembles, as school equipment, and for flamenco dancers and enthusiasts alike.
They are affectionately nicknamed Tellina (Cherry Blossom).
