Brother 3-Thread Serger 116-430-001-01 Junk Item

White 3-thread serger. Easy to use with foot pedal.
The power turns on, but the right rotating knob, which should move, is stuck and does not move at all. When the pedal is pressed, it makes a buzzing sound but does not operate.
We hope someone who can repair it or use it for parts will find it useful.
This is a completely junk item, so please no claims, no returns.
