Hula Dance Skirt - 70cm

Total length: 70cm
Waist elastic part: Approximately 30-50cm (The seller was able to wear it comfortably even when their hips were around 90cm)
*All measurements taken flat.
Purchased for a hobby several years ago. The waist has three elastic bands. Worn a few times for costume fittings and performances, then washed and stored. I own a dog, and those with allergies should refrain from purchasing.
