Jet City JCA12XS Eminence Tonker Lite

For sale is a compact 12-inch guitar cabinet, the JCA12XS, from JET CITY AMPLIFICATION. The speaker unit has been customized to an Eminence Tonker Lite 8Ω.

This is likely the smallest 12-inch single-speaker cabinet available.

The bottom rear panel can be removed with a single screwdriver, allowing it to be used as a semi-open back cabinet.

Thanks to its neodymium magnet, this 12-inch speaker boasts a 150W power handling capacity while weighing only about 1.8kg, making it incredibly lightweight. With a sensitivity of 101.5dB, it can produce loud volumes even from amplifiers with the same output.

This product is no longer sold and can currently only be found used. The final new price at Sound House was 15,800 yen.

The Redcoat series is said to use British cones, likely aiming for a British sound similar to Celestion.

While primarily suited for rock tones, it can also produce surprisingly sweet clean tones.

Features
This model offers the smooth, balanced sound of the TONKER while achieving significant weight reduction. By using a different magnet than the TONKER, the top end is more open, and the muddiness in the low-mids is reduced. Ideal for blues and rock.
