Purchased over 10 years ago at KOHORO in Futako-Tamagawa.
This is a handmade wooden tray/serving board, imbued with the warmth of the artisan. Purchased for around ¥20,000.

This is a tool that brings order to your table and your meals, and can evoke a sense of emotion.
I have collected these pieces gradually over time from exhibitions.
I have used them lovingly for many years. This is a used item.
I am selling 5 out of the original 6 trays.

My family member has spent many years mastering woodworking and has recently started making trays and other items. As a result, I have found myself using these individual trays less and less.
I feel it would be a waste and a shame to simply have them sitting unused in my pantry.
I would be happy if they could be passed on to someone who is looking for them.

These pieces are a testament to the blessings of nature and the skill and heart of the artisan. They have supported my meal times comfortably over the years, gaining more character with age.

Their benefit as a base for serving meals is immeasurable, and I have been supported by the power of the earth, finding joy in them!
Thanks to them, I have also enjoyed cooking.

In today's busy and often hurried daily lives, these trays create a sense of space, naturally leading to a more relaxed mood. This allows you to savor your food, calm your mind, and make conversations and time more meaningful.
Once it becomes a habit, I've experienced how much easier things can become, especially with childcare.
I am filled with gratitude for the artisan.

I believe it is especially important for children to develop the habit of eating meals with tools made with care and imbued with natural energy. Then, surprisingly, you'll see positive effects in various aspects of their lives.
I have tried various things in the past, and children are honest, so the effects were easily noticeable.
Also, they will stop eating too quickly.

Although these are now rare pieces, I would be delighted if you could enjoy using them in your daily life, allowing them to gain more character like tree rings!

I maintain them with oil twice a year.
