M16A1 / Lower Receiver

Description
【Description】
This is likely a receiver for the Tokyo Marui M16A1.
It appears to have been intentionally distressed with sandpaper or similar materials.
We would appreciate it if you could infer the manufacturer from the markings.
As it is highly likely to be discontinued, this is a rare aftermarket part.
