Final Price Drop: KALDI Coffee Roaster & Coffee Cooler Set

Purchased on Mercari on May 1, 2022.
Used 20-30 times.

I am listing this item due to upgrading my equipment.
In my opinion, this is an excellent roaster.
There are no operational issues.

The main unit has some dirt, but I have taken photos to show it as clearly as possible.

- The stirring drum and external casing are made entirely of 304 stainless steel, enhancing the safety and corrosion resistance of the equipment while improving its design.
- A bimetal type sealed thermometer is attached to the removable chaff collector and inserted into the drum. The temperature sensing part is adjustable, allowing for easy measurement of the roasting bean temperature.
- The bearing supporting the front drum is installed on a bracket at the same angle as the drum's tilt, fundamentally eliminating the cause of noise and achieving quiet roasting.
- The drum, which is most important for roasting, is made of 2mm stainless steel. With two stirring blades and a slanted drum design, it allows for uniform roasting.
- Ventilation ports for smooth air intake and exhaust are arranged above and below the housing, designed for efficient circulation and heat retention of fresh and warm air.
