Kaldi Hand-Crank Coffee Roaster

This is a coffee roaster from a brand also used in cafes.

I purchased it with the intention of learning about coffee roasting. It's designed to be placed on a cassette stove or gas stove.

I believe it would also be useful for outdoor activities or events. Compared to hand-held roasters, it's less affected by wind and allows for more consistent roasting.

It's very solidly built and has a substantial feel.

I estimate it has been used about 20 times.

I considered a motor-driven model, but a roaster at a shop I frequent advised me, Hand-crank is better for learning! so I purchased this one.

Stainless steel roaster, with thermometer, and easy operation with a wooden handle.

The motor-driven version of the same model costs ¥70,000-¥90,000, which is why the current price is set as it is.
