Mr./Ms. B*y Coffee Hand-Crank Roaster Matsue Prison Prison Labor Product
I've been enjoying roasting coffee at home as a hobby, and I'm selling a roaster that I no longer use.
I've used it about 5-6 times.
The items included are the main unit, base, and instruction manual, as shown in the images.
This hand-cranked roaster is a heavy-duty cast iron product, which I believe is of higher quality than mesh or thin metal roasters.
It's a very popular item among the prison labor products from Matsue Prison, and it's quite difficult to obtain.
Because it's made of cast iron, it takes time to heat up the roaster itself. However, once heated, the temperature is maintained for a long time, allowing for continuous roasting. Also, because the heat tends to distribute evenly, I feel it produces fewer uneven roasts compared to thin metal or mesh roasters.
I've stored it with a coating of vegetable oil and wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent oxidation, but due to it being cast iron, rust has formed.
There is almost no rust on the exterior, but rust has formed on the interior. This rust does not affect its use in any way, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it.
Please check the images for the condition.
Immediate purchase is welcome, and it will be shipped via anonymous delivery.
If you have any questions, please ask them in advance.
I can also upload additional images if requested, so please comment if you have any unclear points.
