Description

Used for home roasting coffee.
Allows for more precise heat control and detailed data collection.

Includes the main gauge, valve, and hoses, ready for immediate use after installation.
Comes with two hoses, each approximately 116cm long with an inner diameter of 9.5mm.
The hoses show some signs of use, but otherwise, there are no malfunctions. The main unit has not been used extensively and is in good condition. Please refer to the photos for details.

◆Procedure (Incorrect operation can damage the spring in the micro pressure gauge)

◇Starting Procedure
1. Open the knob on the propane gas cylinder.
2. Open the regulator valve (about half a turn).
3. Ignite the burner.
4. Adjust the heat using the regulator; do not touch the burner or cylinder valves.
☆If ignition fails, open the regulator slightly more.

◇Shutdown Procedure
1. Close the regulator valve completely.
2. Close the cylinder knob completely.
3. Close the burner knob completely.
