This is a Hagoita (a traditional Japanese paddle) purchased for use as a prop in Japanese dance.
The design is a motif of Hikeshi Megumi (a firefighting group).

[Product Condition]
There are no scratches on the main body, but some metal deterioration can be seen on the hanging ornament of the koban (oval coin).

There are no other chips in the coloring or scratches, and I believe it is in good condition.
However, as this is a long-term storage item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
