Description
Lot of 4 jars of Manic Panic “Atomic Turquoise” semi-permanent hair color cream, 4 fl oz (118 mL) each. Bright neon aqua blue with green undertones, lasts 4-6 weeks with normal washing. Vegan, cruelty-free (not tested on animals), ammonia/PPD/peroxide-free. Best results on pre-lightened/bleached blonde hair (level 9-10); can add turquoise tones to unbleached hair but won’t be as vibrant. Resealable tub for repeat use. Please note: 3 jars are the original Classic High Voltage formula, and 1 jar is the newer reformulated/Amplified version (labeled “Vegan” without the High Voltage branding) — these have slightly different formulas, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to mix or match tones.
