This is a clasp purse with an extremely thin Hakone Yosegi-zaiku (traditional marquetry) sewn onto the outer surface.
Although unused, it has been stored for a long time, so there is age-related deterioration on the plated parts and on the edges of the sides (some peeling).
The box also shows signs of age-related deterioration.
One side of the clasp frame has a hole for attaching a strap.
