The outer bag is for the product listed above.
The original board was a flimsy piece of wood, so it has been replaced with a lightweight and sturdy aluminum board.
Velcro is attached to the surface (not the entire surface).
The bag has been taken out a few times, so there are some minor scuffs, but no noticeable damage.
As this is not a fragile item, it will be shipped with simple packaging such as bubble wrap.
