Yamamoto Bamboo Craft Shop Japanese Umbrella Janome Umbrella Rain Umbrella

Purchased for my daughter's pre-wedding photoshoot in traditional Japanese attire, but it arrived too late for the shoot and could not be used.
This is a very beautiful Janome-gasa (snake's eye umbrella), so I believe it would be perfect for pre-wedding photoshoots in a kimono or as an accessory for traditional Japanese attire pre-wedding shoots.

Specifications:
Size (approx.): Total length 77cm
Umbrella diameter: 105cm
Weight (approx.): 500g
Ribs: 44 (made of bamboo)
Handle diameter: approx. 1.3cm
Comes with a dedicated Japanese umbrella bag (black carp design).
Shaft (handle): Black lacquer finish
Wisteria wrapping (for slip prevention)
Two-stage opening mechanism

Features a durable metal catch that allows you to adjust the umbrella's opening to two stages depending on the wind and rain, ensuring excellent durability.
The handle is also finished with wisteria wrapping, making it slip-resistant and comfortable even in the rain. The beautiful thread work around the inner ribs inside the umbrella creates a spreading pattern, and the decorative yellow thread adds a soothing Japanese aesthetic.
