Vintage Finely Carved Shell Cameo Brooch Pendant Curtis Creations Gold Filled

This vintage cameo brooch is absolutely gorgeous! She’s a lovely quality carving with curling upswept hair, a headband and a double strand pearl or bead necklace. She has beautiful classical Greek features and a wistful expression. The carved shell cameo is bezel set in a gold filled mounting which has a flip up bale to double as a pendant. The bale is a nice size, not tiny, so will easily fit a standard size chain. The setting is fully hallmarked for Curtis Creations and also signed 1/20th 12 k gf. The brooch measures 1 3/4 by 1 3/8”
