Paloma PH-5BX for City Gas

Gas Instant Water Heater
This is the PH-5BX model, a water heater with an output of 10.3kW.

I purchased it 4 years ago and used it, but I am selling it because it cannot be used in my new home.

There are minor scratches and dirt, but I believe it is still usable, so I would appreciate consideration from those knowledgeable about water heaters.
I will hand it over in the condition it was removed by the gas company, so everything shown in the photos is included.

Requires D-cell batteries.
