① Masterpiece Creative Kokeshi by Kazuo Takamisawa, made in 1986, approx. 20cm

This is a creative kokeshi by Kazuo Takamisawa, a craftsman who has won the Prime Minister's Award.
It is a beautiful piece with its unique bobbed hair, gentle and calm expression, and delicate kimono decorations.

Title: Can be read as Shiori (bookmark) or Hagi (bush clover)
Artist: Kazuo Takamisawa
Bottom: Artist's seal Kazuo, title, and date 61.10.22 (1986) are inscribed.
Size: A 30cm ruler is shown for comparison.
The date inscribed on the bottom clearly indicates the approximate production period, adding to its value as a collectible.

② Kazuo, August 7, 1959, Matsushima inscription
Sandai Matsuri (Three Great Festivals) is written on the bottom. This is a wooden kokeshi doll with striking black hair and a red ribbon.
It is a lovely piece with a simple and warm expression and a kimono with a floral pattern.
This is a very delicate kokeshi, like a Japanese girl with small flowers and a red ribbon.
It also has the feel of a local craft. Recommended for Showa retro interiors and collections.

③ A charming wooden kokeshi doll by creative kokeshi artist Gensou (Sougen).
This piece is known as Haru no Otozure (The Arrival of Spring) and is one of Gensou's signature styles.
