【Extra Small Size, Rare】Kenichi Murakami Kokeshi "Hajirai" Approx. 11cm Signed by Artist Yamagata Sakunami Style

This is a masterpiece Hajirai (Shyness) by Kenichi Murakami, a master craftsman from the Yamagata/Sakunami style. While this work typically comes in larger sizes of 20-30cm, this is an extremely rare, very small size with a total length of approximately 11cm (just over 3.5 sun).
Smaller sizes are difficult to work with and require more effort, so they are not produced in large quantities. Even at this small size, it is a wonderful piece with the delicate facial expressions beautifully crafted.

The delicate and smooth curves, no less impressive than those of larger pieces, are condensed into this work, with a particularly beautiful rendering of the nape of the neck. Its adorable size, fitting comfortably in the palm of your hand, blends easily with modern interiors and desk spaces, exuding a special presence among collections.
