Black rubber NBA logo on left side.  Wide black elastic band inside. Lined with a black silk-like fabric.  Black snap button on brim.  100% Cotton. Canvas-like fabric.  One size fits all.  Wash by hand.  Its 10.5 long x 8 wide x 4 tall. Inside circumference is about 8 diam.  2.6 oz.  In Good - Very Good condition. It shows some wear.
