It is probably carbon print on resin, but I am not very knowledgeable about materials, so please understand.
Used twice at the fishing spot.
There are no noticeable scratches. The base rotates, making it easy to retrieve the desired rod. The rotation is not stepless but has 8 distinct positions, making a clicking sound like a drag or a ratchet wrench when rotated.
This design prevents it from easily turning due to wind. I am selling it because I have changed my rod stand.
