This is a Chusen (medium-grade) 100-prong whisk, excellent for both ease of use and foam creation.
The carefully split tines of the whisk incorporate air into the matcha, allowing you to create a fine, creamy foam.
The handle has a moderate thickness, making it easy to hold and the most popular standard size for matcha beginners.
Made from supple yet firm bamboo, it is characterized by its ease of use, allowing for stable whisking even with light force.
*For those with smaller hands, sizes 80 prongs or less are also recommended.
