Special silver alloy material is used at both ends of the carbon resistor. This eliminates the sound leakage that occurs when the volume is at 0, which is the biggest issue with standard CTS pots. This sound leakage phenomenon occurs due to the high residual resistance inside the pot, but CUSTOM CTS POT suppresses the residual resistance, which is typically around 20Ω on average, to below 4Ω. Furthermore, the effect of this special material eliminates the muddiness that occurs when the volume is turned down, and when the volume is at full, it functions as if it were a volume through, successfully bringing out the full potential of the pickup. The shaft is made of solid brass, which has been confirmed to improve sound quality, and the bottom part adopts the flat-back style found in 50's Gibsons. The torque has also been set to an appropriate weight by changing the internal grease.
