RARE FIND - 1960’s Novelty Charm Trim Straw Fedora Hat Red Paisley Bandana - S

1960s novelty straw beach fedora with charms typically features playful, resort-themed decorations like miniature bottles, figures, and trims - these hats are very rare and highly collectible, especially in this well-preserved condition.   Key features of vintage 1960s novelty Fedora Hats are the charms & novelties. This well preserved hat features plastic charms including a silver cola bottle, copper spider, celluloid duck in red romper, copper screw driver, gold rabbit foot(?), copper tennis/badminton racket & ball, copper skull, silver fire hydrant, copper skeleton key, silver cactus grouping, copper hatchet and unidentified white charm - possible “wishbone’ with end missing. The straw is in perfect condition - the bandana fabric and stitching reflects its age and the “wishbone” charm end appears to have been damaged - see photos.   These collectible hats were sold as mid-century tourist or beach souvenir hats rather than traditional formal wear.  1960s straw souvenir fedoras with novelty miniature charm-heavy variations are rare collector's items.
