Masterpiece [Authenticity Guaranteed] Jiro Kinjo Finger-Drawn Mizusashi with Original Box and Booklet, National Living Treasure, Tsuboya Ware, Beautiful Condition

Type: Pottery... Tsuboya Ware

This is a mizusashi (water jar) by Jinshiro Kinjo, Okinawa's first Living National Treasure, complete with its original signed box.

The inscription is by Jinshiro Kinjo himself.

This is a rare finger-drawn mizusashi. The finger marks are powerful, and I believe it to be a masterpiece from his prime. The jet-black glaze with some bright blue kiln variations is beautiful. The form is also solid. I'm happy that the original lid is also intact and undamaged. The original box is also well-made and sturdy.

Size: Approximately 15.5 cm in height, approximately 15.5 cm in width. Please allow for slight errors.

No damage. I believe it is likely unused. It is a beautiful item in excellent condition.
