This item is an open box/ incomplete. The box is labeled: 12 way leather belt set, however the black belt, nor brass tone buckle are included. You will receive the tan belt, the burgundy belt and the silver tone buckle as seen in pictures. Per packaging each belt is 44 inches long in order to adjust the belt to your waist size, simply cut the flat end of the belt to the proper length. The other end of the belt has a series of holes. To use the belt, insert the flat end of the belt into the rear of the buckle and snap up the interior portion of the buckle to lock the belt in place.
