Shirazu
[Meaning]
Shirazu, meaning do not know. This is the response Bodhidharma, the founder of Zen Buddhism, gave to Emperor Wu of Liang when asked, Who are you to me? It doesn't mean he truly didn't know, but rather that it cannot be expressed in words. It is an expression that cuts through the foolish discriminating mind of ordinary people who are attached to right and wrong, or existence and non-existence, in a single stroke.
