Limited edition of only 600 models produced, a scarce piece for serious Winross collectors. Maroon Ford F9000 cab with gold pinstriping, chrome grille and bumper detail, paired with a flatbed trailer carrying a laser-cut wood load reading Working to Make Your Community a Better Place to Live with graphics for snow and ice control, drinking water, and fire protection. PA state crest on the cab doors. Chassis stamped Winross Rochester NY USA and marked PSATS Third in a Series with the 1994 date cast in.  Comes complete with the original Winross box. Diecast construction with rolling wheels, true to scale 1:64 detail. A great addition to any Winross, PSATS, Ford truck, or Pennsylvania advertising collection.
