Power supply for EMG pickups

This is a power supply that provides external power to EMG active pickups.
While the 9V battery built into a guitar actually lasts quite a long time, many people replace it before live performances. This product can save you the cost and effort of doing so.
It also has a mute switch, making it convenient to install permanently at the front of your pedalboard.
You can leave it plugged in with the TRS cable connected at home for practice.
It frees you from concerns such as wanting to lighten your guitar's weight, issues with battery storage space, or wanting to use an 18V specification but facing space and weight limitations.
For guitars with existing built-in batteries, remove the battery and install the included short-circuiting battery-shaped device. This weighs only 8.5g (a standard 9V battery weighs about 43g).
When installing new pickups, you can use the short clip instead of a battery to secure space without needing a battery compartment.

External 18-volt power supply for EMG pickups. This power supply is ideal if you have an instrument that doesn't accommodate batteries or if you prefer not to install a battery in your guitar. It easily powers EMG pickups at 9 or 18 volts using a stereo cable.

In addition to the battery, there is an external DC input to power the guitar from an outlet or power source. A standby switch allows you to mute your equipment. The guitar, battery, and external DC power are all protected by resettable fuses in case of reversed input/output.
