The screen shows an abnormal green/blue tint and incorrect colors, as shown in the photos. The display does NOT reproduce colors normally.  When set to Grayscale or a single-color display mode through the accessibility/display settings, the discoloration becomes much less noticeable and may not be noticeable during normal use.
