This is a promotional mechanical pencil (propel-style) with a pointed metal tip and metal mid-band. Measurements: • Length: approximately 5 inches Condition: Pre-owned / used. Feigert Insurance Agency was a real business in Van Wert, Ohio. It was later purchased in 1955 by Paul “Dusty” Rhoades and became Rhoades Insurance Agency. These humorous promotional pencils were popular giveaways from local businesses in the 1940s–1950s.
