Description
The box inscription and provenance document mention the name Tarouemon, but the tea bowl itself has no kiln mark. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the box and its contents match.
I believe the tea bowl is indeed a Karatsu ware tea bowl, but please make your own judgment.
There are some minor chips on the foot, but they have blended in and I don't think they detract from the aesthetic.
