Wajima-nuri Individual Plates, Set of 5, Excellent Condition, Antique, Fine Art, Tea Ceremony Utensils
28.38 $
Description
This is a set of 5 Wajima-nuri individual plates.
We are offering these at a significantly reduced price, so we are not considering any further discounts.
Two pairs of slender pine needles are depicted on the moist, jet-black lacquered surface.
The lacquered finish is very lustrous and has a calm feel.
These are items meticulously lacquered one by one by Wajima artisans.
Approximately 18cm wide
Approximately 12cm tall
These are relatively large individual plates.
The triangular fold on the upper right corner is a key feature.
They have been stored at home and show some age, but are in good condition and I believe them to be beautiful items.
There is no original box, so we will use a recycled box for shipping.
The auspicious pine needle design is useful for New Year's, seasonal festivals, equinox gatherings, tea ceremonies, kaiseki meals, celebrations, and more.
In addition to New Year's and celebratory meals, they can also be used for dry sweets, fresh sweets, and baked goods.
Thank you for your consideration.
