Up for sale is a vintage Mexican souvenir dagger, measuring approximately 9 inches overall. This style of dagger was commonly sold in mid-century Mexican markets and border towns as a novelty or collectible item. The cast aluminum handle features detailed tribal-style faces and decorative carving. The steel blade is engraved with two classic Spanish phrases: Chiquito pero picoso (Small but spicy) Soy como el chile verde (Im like the green chili) Includes its original leather sheath with stamped decoration. Condition: Shows age-appropriate wear, surface oxidation on the blade, and general patina consistent with vintage use. The handle is intact and the sheath is sturdy.
