Zippo US Army PX Okinawa Vintage w/ Box

Thank you for looking.

This is a Zippo lighter, US ARMY Okinawa PX model.

This item is engraved with Soldier of the Month, and the U.S. FORCES OKINAWA marking suggests it was distributed at PX (post exchange) stores within US military bases in Okinawa during the US administration period or around the time of reversion (approximately the 1960s-1970s).

It was distributed or sold to military personnel or as an award for commendation, making it a highly collectible model, different from general merchandise.
