Bigsby Bearing Front Roller

This product is a front roller compatible with Bigsby B5 and B7.
It enhances tuning stability with independent bearing rollers for each string.

The genuine front roller cannot ignore the friction between the metal collar and the shaft,
but replacing these with bearings allows for smooth arming.

The spacing between the bearings is set at a 10mm pitch, allowing strings to be strung straight from the string shaft to the bridge.
Also, the groove of the bearing is sufficiently deep, making it compatible not only with jazz guitars but also with baritone guitars.
The outer diameter of the genuine front roller is 11mm, but the outer diameter at the bottom of the groove of this product is 10mm,
which creates a gentler angle to the bridge, contributing to tuning stability.

To install, remove the Bigsby body and loosen the set screw holding the shaft from the back with a 2mm hex wrench.
Then, the shaft will come out. Insert the shaft of this product from the side, and then insert the washer, bearing, and spacer in order.
Finally, tighten the set screw to secure it.

Please ensure you insert at least one washer at the beginning and end. If you do not, the sides of the bearings will interfere with the Bigsby body and hinder rotation.
If the Bigsby body is off-center, adjust the number of washers to ensure the strings pass straight to the bridge.

After installation, use new strings, tune them, and repeat the arming action several times.

The package will include one shaft, six bearings, five spacers, four washers, and two spring washers.
All parts except the spring washers are made of stainless steel, and the bearings use particularly high-hardness stainless steel, making them resistant to scratches even when in contact with strings.

Please note that this product is not compatible with the Lightning series B50, B500, etc.
