Measurements  Waist 40, Front Rise 11.5, Inseam 9.5, Leg Opening 28.5   There is some loose stitching near the crotch area. These are almost vintage with S07 Spring '07 on the tag. The waist on these shorts measures about 40 unstretched and will stretch to about 43.5. The North Face indicates an XXL waist should fit 43-44 waists so these seem as if they will fit an XL better.  Please keep in mind that colors can and do appear differently on different devices and monitors. I cannot guarantee items are a particular shade of color.
